Cielo Farms // Malibu

Perched in the rolling hills of Malibu, Cielo Farms is an absolute haven. From the stone building that looks like something from Tuscany to the twinkle lights over the lawn, this venue is absolute perfection.
El Rey Theatre // Miracle Mile
For all my music junkies out there, how fun to tie the knot in a concert venue & put your names on the marquee!
The Fig House // Highland Park
If color is your jam, then The Fig House was literally designed for you (and you are designed for me – ha!). This is another amazing venue with a super-star designer behind it! The owners hired HGTV’s Emily Henderson to design & curate the space. This literally perfect LA wedding venue is nestled in between downtown & Pasadena, right in Highland Park. Love me some East LA!!
Forme // Burbank
Designed as a blank canvas, you can do just about anything decor-wise in this gorgeous & clean spot! Also there’s parking, heyyyy!
Grassroom // Arts District
There is a series of amazing wedding venues owned by the Marvimon group! They take old buildings & bring them new life with super unique details. This is Grassroom in DTLA, where you’ll find a jungle-like courtyard for the coolest ceremony and insanely cool triangular door openings that lead you to the reception space!
HNYPT // DTLA
Pronounced “honeypot”, this all white industrial space was actually the runner-up for our wedding. I love that you can open up the garage door at HNYPT and let the natural light in! Also the rafters give you tons of opportunity for some insanely cool hanging decor!
Hotel Figueroa // DTLA

A little bougie hotel smack in the middle of Downtown — it’s literally down the street from the Staples Center — excuse me, the Crypto.com center! It feels offbeat thanks to the unique Spanish details mixed with the playful and colorful mural painted on the building.
Hudson Loft // DTLA

Ohhhhhh my goodness – where do I even begin with Hudson Loft? Oh right! I GOT MARRIED HERE!! Obviously I am super biased, but this is one of my favorite venues – and it’s more than just sentimental for me. It’s the perfect industrial loft right in the heart of bustling downtown & has so many options. There’s incredible getting ready spaces, prep rooms, a stunning rooftop & view, and even a giant freight elevator that we actually drove our car into & used for our grand exit!
Jonathan Beach Club // Santa Monica

I’m super picky when it comes to getting married on the sand, but the Jonathan Beach Club is a private beach, so you don’t have a bunch of strangers walking through your space! The venue is literally on the sand too, so no golf carts needed.
Los Angeles Athletic Club // DTLA
This spot was recently remodeled and the palm wallpaper & striped benches are too dang fun! Oh, did I forget to mention the epic view of downtown Los Angeles? Well your guests won’t!
Lombardi House // Hollywood
Over in Hollywood, Lombardi House will give you all the barn-vibes you’ve ever wanted, but in the most modern & cool way (thank you white walls)! Not only are both indoor spots super beautiful, their courtyard spaces are equally breathtaking!
Malibu Rocky Oaks // Malibu

I mean, WOW! When I first saw this place I couldn’t get it off my mind. It’s a Tuscan-style mansion, with a modern infinity pool on the patio AND a cobblestone helipad where you can have your ceremony overlooking Malibu Canyon. Basically if a wedding venue could do a mic drop, this one just did.
Millwick // Arts District
I feel like the coolest couples in LA get married at Millwick. I don’t know what it is, but this place just oozes cool-factor and has jungle vibes for days! It’s also in the arts district as well & there’s some super cool opportunities around the venue for outdoor portraits with a city view in the back.
Palihouse WeHo // West Hollywood
One of the smaller offbeat LA wedding venues out there if you’re having a more intimate gathering, but literally so dang cool.
Santa Monica Proper Hotel // Santa Monica
Can Kelly Wearstler do anything wrong? Not in my book! She designed yet another ultra-chic hotel that has details that ooze LA luxury.
Smogshoppe // Culver City
Smogshoppe is such a classic LA venue. It’s been around for years & I’m convinced they might be responsible for sparking the succulent wall trend!
South Park Center // DTLA
Gosh, this place has views for DAYS! I love the modern lines on the massive windows & I can only imagine how this room sparkles at night when the city lights up around it.
Theatre ACE Hotel // DTLA
For those of you with a flair for the dramatic, this place is meant for you. The gothic, historic theatre is such a spectacle & the cutest part is that they’ll even put your names on the marquee!
Union Station // DTLA
This historic site is actually available for weddings, how awesome is that!
Valentine DTLA // Arts District
Literally next door to Grassroom is Valentine DTLA! I am obsessed with this pink geometric door mural they have and the rest of the space is just as special and unique!
Vibiana // DTLA
Originally the City’s first Archdiocese Catholic cathedral, this space is awe-inspiring. It’s all-white and so bright inside and has a gorgeous garden patio!
There you have it! The best offbeat Los Angeles wedding venues. I hope you are feeling inspired & that you’ll reach out to us to capture this amazing day you’re planning!
