Sometimes all it takes to spark a love story is the dance floor at a work party — that’s exactly how Lainey & TJ’s story began! The details of that night might be blurry, but each remembers that moment & will forever. Fast forward a bit & TJ is proposing to Lainey on the Malibu pier during what she thought was supposed to be a doggie date with their pup, Lissie, & her bestie! Needless to say, Lissie needed to be included in their Joshua Tree engagement photos since she’s been such a big part of their engagement!

Not only is Lissie the cutest, Lainey & TJ have a personal style all their own & I am here for it! We all had so much fun running all over Joshua Tree National Park for their Joshua Tree engagement photos & were even blessed with an epic cotton candy colored sunset – yay! I’m still not over how cute her heart shaped engagement ring is & how perfect her jewelry complimented her session outfits (oh & she made the jewelry herself!) Truly, I cannot wait for their desert wedding this Fall!
