Bringing together their friends and family for a wedding at Barndiva was always the plan. It was just a plan that was meant to come to fruition in 2020, not 2022! Like many other couples who planned weddings during the pandemic, Pauline & Scott had to reschedule theirs a couple of times. This was disappointing to all, but so worth the wait!

Pauline & Scott are two of the most adventurous people I’ve met — constantly traveling with friends, kitesurfing (for Scott) and killing it at work too. Their vibrant wedding decor perfectly suited their vivacious personalities. Their ceremony was drenched in glowy sunlight and officiated by one of their best friends and the reception design brought to life by Boheme Events featured bold, red poppies, summer fruit and hanging lanterns.

One of the most fun details about their wedding was that they had an alpaca petting zoo at the ceremony — a nod to Pauline’s Peruvian heritage. Not only was it a hit with guests who all posed for selfies with the fuzzy cute alpaca, it made for some fun photos with Pauline & Scott.

These two love (each other and their family and friends) fiercely. I think that is showcased in these images.

The Welcome Party

Before you dive into the wedding photos, peep the stunning welcome party Pauline & Scott hosted the evening before their wedding. Guests entered to enjoy an aperol spritz and wood fired pizza at The Matheson in Healdsburg and mingle with loved ones.

I couldn’t help but capture some HIMYM-inspired snapshots of the couple and Pauline’s besties at the bar that night. Excitement and anticipation was in the air!
